FIELD: the invention refers to the field of instrument-making.
SUBSTANCE: the sensor has a flowmeter tube, an optical measuring transformer switching on a source of light located near the first side of the flowmeter tube and a photoreceiver located near the second side of the flowmeter tube. The source of light and the photoreceiver are fixed relatively to each other. The flowmeter tube is set in motion with a driving arrangement and at that is being displaced with possibility of overlapping the light beam. In variants of fulfillment a piezoelectric drive is used in the shape of two piezoelectric unimorphe elements attached to the ends of the flowmeter tube for excitation of circular oscillations and a flat spiral spring with three or four branches to each of each a piesoelectric device is attached. The sensor may work with useful signal of a lower level.
EFFECT: the sensor has increased sensitiveness and decreased dimensions.
