FIELD: physics, measurement.
SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for measurement of aggressive high-temperature mediums. Measuring device includes flow-metering tube, two detectors of tube position, every of which contains source of light, light guide, light emission inlet opening of which is installed so that it receives light from source of light, photodetector for light reception from outlet opening of light guide light emission and drive device for flow-metering tube oscillation so that it moves through light beams track between outlet opening of light guide and photodetector. In different versions light guide has cross section in the form of polygon (mostly square). Sensitive diaphragm is installed between outlet opening of light guide and photodetector, and it lets part of light through from outlet opening of light source into photodetector so that light that enters into photodetector has preset shape.
EFFECT: higher accuracy of measurement of mostly small flows.
