FIELD: technologies for finding mineral resources, possible use during geological and technological research.
SUBSTANCE: method for finding and estimating quality of mineral resource, including splitting of finding sample onto four fractions: large, heavy-concentrate, average - tails and light, small - slurry, finding therein of negative and positive searching indicating signs and characteristics, estimation of search direction by growth of positive and decrease of negative searching indicator signs and characteristics. As searching indicating signs detection is utilized in searching samples of mineral particles with dissipated form of finding of useful elements, when useful elements are present in mineral particles in small amounts, as an admixture, and with own mineral form and when useful elements are included in main composition of mineral particle. As finding indicating technological characteristics values are utilized, characterizing distribution of these forms among fractions.
EFFECT: possible detection of deposit of light rare-earth elements present in dissipated, soluble form, possible detection of deposit of rare-earth elements.
