FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to exploration of minerals and may be used in whatever survey and creating technological process and their control. Proposed method comprises feeding fluid with disintegrated powder particles through sieve onto inclined working surface top with irregularities along its edges to separate coarse particles from pulp for their accumulation. Pulp directed flow is created to separate initial material to density and sizes by working surface reciprocation at sharp acceleration. Said acceleration makes coarse particles accumulate at working surface bottom and fine particles be washed together with pump from inclined surface downward into flow sedimentation medium fraction collector, that is, tails collector wherein pulp top layer flow is created and directed toward outlet to pulp to be discharged in collector of light fraction, a mud. Proposed method is realised by means of various indicators and characteristics obtained in analysing all fractions isolated in powder classification. Pulp flow is made directed by limiting flow height at inclined working surface bottom using tight covering made of permeable material arranged above aforesaid irregularities. Magnets are arranged on said tight covering to extract extra magnetic fraction and higher-purity nonmagnetic powder heavy fractions. Said method is used in producing over four powder fractions with the help of inertial-dynamic classification of powder material.
EFFECT: higher efficiency.
