FIELD: technologies for non-destructive control of building constructions, in particular, can be used for determining durability of reinforced concrete-based constructions under conditions of aggressive air-moist environment.
SUBSTANCE: method includes determining effective diffusion coefficient, characterizing penetrability of reinforced concrete for carbon gas, measuring speed of ultrasound in concrete samples of different compositions and constructions material, in building of calibration curve of dependence of effective diffusion coefficient for carbonic gas in real reinforced concrete constructions on basis of results of ultrasound speed measuring in them and previously built calibration dependence. Moisture level of concrete in controlled reinforced concrete-based construction synchronization is also determined and moisture level in concrete samples, on basis of results of which calibration curve characterizing relation of effective diffusion coefficient to speed of ultrasound passage in concrete was constructed, and with consideration of these data durability of reinforced concrete is calculated for controlled construction in accordance to expression of carbonization kinetics.
EFFECT: improved precision and reliability of determining of effective coefficient of diffusion and durability of reinforced concrete-based constructions with consideration of concrete moisture level during their operation.
