FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: one should sieve the groats and pectin to be passed through magnetic catcher and washed. Dry Pythium coloratum micromycete biomass should be extracted with a nonpolar extracting agent, for example, carbon dioxide or hexane in supracritical state. The first extract should be separated against biomass, and the latter should be successively extracted with water, acid, water, alkali, water, acid and water. On finishing these operations one should combine solid residue with the first extract at obtaining the preparation. Formula pectin quantity should be introduced into formula water quantity to be kept for swelling and pectin dissolving at obtaining 0.5-1.5%-solution to be filtered. Pectin solution should be mixed with groats prepared at the ratio of 1:10. The groats should be cooked to a pulp up to the content of dry matters being about 11.5%, then fruit-vegetable puree should be introduced into the groats at the quantity ranged 30-50% and a preparation obtained out of the biomass at the quantity of 0.01-0.02% against the weight of the mixture under manufacturing. The mixture should be mixed, homogenized and dried up. At another method of drying, not a spraying one, dried mixture should be reduced up to a powder-like condition to be sieved. The innovation enables to increase the quality of the target product for it is very easily reduced with water up to homogeneous, puree-like consistence, forms no agglomerates and demonstrates no lumpiness when being stored in nonhermetic packaging for 1 wk at air moisture up to 76%. Moreover, the target product is of curative-prophylactic properties being characteristic for products at increased pectin content, of hypoallergenic action, in particular. The innovation, also, enables to decrease age qualification in applying the mixture and is recommended for nutrition in children since the age of 3.5 mo.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of manufacturing.
