FIELD: food-processing industry.
SUBSTANCE: method involves cooking groats in pectin extract having pectin substance content of 0.5-1.5 wt%; mixing with fruit and vegetable pulp and preparation produced from Pythium irregulare biomass; homogenizing and drying resultant mixture. Ready product does not cake during storage in unsealed package for a week at air humidity of up to 76%.
EFFECT: improved quality of base product.
