FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves conducting tube through cystic duct into common bile duct towards the greater duodenal papilla. Conducting string having flexible tip is arranged in tube lumen. The string is moved through the greater duodenal papilla into duodenum lumen and the tube is brought down along the string. The string is removed from the tube and papillotome is introduced into the tube from the duodenum. The tube is withdrawn from the cystic duct. Being in bile duct, the papillotome performs papillosphincterotomy operation.
EFFECT: prevented postoperative complications.
