FIELD: welding processes and equipment, namely materials for powered surfacing by means of open arc of wear resistant layer at restoring parts and articles of railroad transport such as wheels, couplers of moving stock.
SUBSTANCE: powder wire containing steel sheath and powdered charge including rutile concentrate, ferromanganese, ferrotitanium has charge to which are added marble, fluorspar, aluminum powder, ferrosilicon and sodium silicofluoride at next relation of ingredients, mass %: marble, 1 - 3; rutile concentrate, 3 - 5; fluorspar, 3 - 5; ferromanganese, 0.3 -1.0; ferrotitanium, 3 - 5; ferrosilicon, 01 - 1.0; aluminum powder, 0.1 - 0.8; sodium silicofluoride, 0.3 - 1.0; steel sheath, the balance.
EFFECT: enhanced rigidity, low tendency to flaking, flaw absence of surfaced metal, good cohesion with base metal, improved efficiency and low cost price of powder wire.
