FIELD: manufacture of powder wire for surfacing layer of steel of mean and high hardness in shield gases and under flux for restoring parts of carbon low-alloy steels.
SUBSTANCE: charge includes next relation of components, mass%: fluorite concentrate, 5.0 - 12.0; rutile concentrate, 2.0 -7.0; marble, 1.4 - 6.5; ferrosilicon, 1.4 - 6.5; ferrotitanium, 1.2 -5.0; ferrovanadium, 0.3 - 3.2; nickel powder, 1.6 - 5.0; field spar, 0.8 - 7.2; ferrochrome, 3.2 - 9.0; ferromanganese, 2.6 -7.8; magnesite (calcined), 0.8 -7.2; iron powder, the balance.
EFFECT: improved technological strength due to high resistance against cold cracking, enhanced cold resistance of surfaced metal.
