FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to welding materials and can be used for surfacing without using flux for recovery of worn-out parts and production of wear-resistant protective coating on parts of mining equipment operating under conditions of abrasive wear. Powder wire consists of steel shell and powder charge at following ratio of components, wt%: ferromanganese 1.6–4.2, ferrosilicon 1.0–3.2, ferrochromium 4.8–17.5, ferromolybdenum 1.0–3.8, ferrovanadium 0.06–0.5, carbon-fluorine-containing filter dust of aluminum production 0.73–5.9, nickel 0.05–0.9, cobalt 0.24–0.5, silicomanganese slag 1.6–16.5, iron powder – the rest.
EFFECT: due to optimization of chemical composition of charge there is increased wear resistance of weld metal, there is possibility of surfacing without using welding fluxes, pore formation in surfaced metal is prevented and formation of cold cracks is prevented.
