SUBSTANCE: powder wire comprises the following, wt %: steel shell 67.0-68.0, ferromanganese 4.00-8.00, ferrosilicon 1.90-3.40, ferrochrome 4.6-25.50, ferromolybdenum 0.50-2.60, ferrovanadium 0.06-0.5, nickel 0.05-1.00, cobalt 0.20-0.95, carbonfluorine-containing dust of aluminium production filters 0.70-6.95, iron - the rest.
EFFECT: invention allows to increase the mechanical properties of the weld metal, prevent the formation of cold cracks in the process of welding, exclude pore formation and reduce the hydrogen content in the weld metal by introducing fluorine-containing components and creating additional gas protection, and reduce the cost of the welding process by optimizing the composition of the charge and efficient use of production wastes.
