FIELD: medical and biological researches; the methods of production of isotope enriched tellurium (IV) oxide.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to medical and biological researches, in particular, to the method of production of isotope enriched tellurium (IV) oxide. Isotope enriched tellurium (IV) oxide is produced by the hydrolysis of the isotope enriched fraction of tellurium hexafluoride by a water solution of hydrogen peroxide. Then conduct distillation of fluorine-ion at high temperature at presence of hydrogen nitrate, evaporation up to dryness and glowing of the dry residue in an inert atmosphere. The technical result consists in development of a new method of production of the isotope enriched tellurium (IV) oxide.
EFFECT: the invention presents the development of the new method of production of the isotope enriched tellurium (IV) oxide.
