FIELD: aeronautical engineering; manufacture of aircraft engines.
SUBSTANCE: to ensure reliable operation of aircraft gas-turbine engine and to monitor its automation systems, proper information is required to exclude abnormal operation of engines. One of abnormal operation modes is vibratory combustion. Proposed method includes recording any change in frequencies of deviations of parameters of gas-dynamic motion of particles in gas and estimating presence or absence of vibratory combustion; recording change in parameters of gas-dynamic motion is performed by electro-static antennae with contact with engine and its gas-dynamic jet; realization of signal of electro-static field; proposed method includes also determination of spectral density in power spectrum of realization of this signal; spectral density is compared with standard magnitude; in case parameter exceeds preset standard magnitude, frequency at which parameter is exceeded is determined and this frequency is compared with magnitudes of frequencies of vibratory combustion for sending signal pertaining to vibratory combustion to engine monitoring system.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency and reliability of finding-out and excluding vibratory combustion during tests and operation of gas-turbine engines.
