FIELD: systems for heating or cooling samples placed in craters of crater type boards.
SUBSTANCE: heat exchange apparatus for crater type boards has large number of vertical craters for placing samples. Craters are mutually spaced and they form pattern with predetermined configuration of intervals around craters. Heat exchange apparatus of honeycomb structure includes base panel and large number of vertical rods joined to base panel with possibility of transmitting heat. Rod arrangement corresponds to interval configuration around craters. Source for supplying and absorbing heat is arranged just near heat exchange honeycomb structure in order to realize heat exchange with it. Crater-type board has X-Y pattern of craters having rectilinear rows and columns; each row X has n craters and each column Y has m craters. Said rods form pattern having rectilinear rows and columns; each row has at least (n+1) rods and each column Y has at least (m+1) rods. Source for supplying and absorbing heat includes Peltier effect module. Heat exchange apparatus also includes heat insulation casing at least with one seat used for mounting said module and having upper and lower surfaces exposed near upper and lower portions of casing; radiator arranged lower than casing just near lower surface of module in order to realize heat exchange with it. Base panel of honeycomb heat exchange structure is supported near upper portion of casing with possibility of heat exchange with upper side of module.
EFFECT: improved design of system for transmitting heat to samples in craters of board and for removing heat from them.
