SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing fruits; adding sugar solution; providing cavitational grinding; separating pulp, with cavitational grinding procedure being provided in fruit mixture with sugar solution of mycelium produced after extracting of Mortierella spinosa var. sterilis biomass; introducing resultant solid residue into sugar solution.
EFFECT: improved quality of canned product and reduced consumption of power for production process.
