METHOD OF AND DEVICE FOR MANUFACTURE OF REINFORCED CONCRETE TIES WITH ANCHOR PARTS Russian patent published in 2008 - IPC B28B7/24 

FIELD: railway transport.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of manufacture of reinforced concrete ties with anchor parts and other rail bases and to device for manufacture of reinforced concrete ties with anchor parts. According to proposed method of manufacture of reinforced concrete ties with anchor part with use of multiple moulds with fitting and fastening anchor parts in moulds, arrangement and subsequent tensioning of wire and bar reinforcements, filling of moulds with concrete or composite mix and subsequent vibrocompaction and heat treatment, each anchor in holes of mounting plate of form seat of tie mould and pressure is applied to anchor part, either mechanically or manually, to drive it completely into hole of mounting plate and fix in elastic fastening set stationary arranged under mounting plate by heads of anchor parts. After solidification of concrete anchor heads are released from elastic fastening set at removal of forms. In proposed device for manufacture of reinforced concrete ties with anchor parts containing multiple metal mould with reinforcement tensioner and form seats and set of technological attachments, elastic fastening set is installed under each mounting plate in area of each hole of anchor part by means of which anchor parts are locked. Set consists of minimum one spring per each head of anchor part. Spring is made of spring steel of curved shape. Locking of anchor part by spring is done by hooks of brackets of anchor part head by specially made recesses in heads of anchor part.

EFFECT: reduced time taken for mounting and fastening of anchor parts, possibility of automation of tie manufacturing process, reduced number of manual operations with reduction of labor input and cost of article.
