FIELD: rail transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the manufacture of reinforced concrete rail bases, namely the production of pre-stressed rail bases, in particular, sleepers. Method consists in that anchor-clamps are screwed onto the threaded ends of the reinforcing bars in the casting mold, then the reinforcement is tensioned and the mold is filled with concrete mix, followed by heat treatment, and when the concrete has the necessary strength, the voltage is transferred to the concrete by unscrewing the anchors-clamps. Before filling the casting form with a concrete mixture, polymer caps are placed on the threaded ends of the reinforcing bars, after which the caps are automatically put on the anchors-clamps when screwing the anchors-clamps onto the threaded ends of the bars.
EFFECT: technical result consists in reducing the wear of the anchors-clamps and reducing the deformation of the concrete sleepers.
