SUBSTANCE: sleeper is reinforced with a spatial cellular frame. The spatial cellular frame is made of polymer or polymer composite material. The frame has a honeycomb structure and is a sleeper shaping element.
EFFECT: invention provides for production of cheap structurally and technologically simple sleeper, which has high strength.
