SUBSTANCE: invention proposes vodka comprising honey dissolved preliminary in purified water, tormentil an aqueous-alcoholic infusion of the 1st and the 2-d blend, lemon fresh peel aqueous-alcoholic infusion of the 1st and the 2-d blend and aqueous-alcoholic liquid prepared from rectified ethyl alcohol "Luks" and purified drinking water wherein components are taken in the following ratio per 1000 dal of ready product: honey, 6.0-6.3 kg; lemon fresh peel of the 1st and the 2-d blend, 9.0-9.3 l; tormenil infusion of the 1st and the 2-d blend, 3.4-3.7 l, and aqueous-alcoholic liquid prepared from rectified ethyl alcohol "Luks" and purified drinking water, the balance, to provide the strength value 40%. Owing to synergetic effect of components organoleptic indices of vodka are improved that involve lemon-ginger aroma with barely detected balsamic after taste and increased testing score - 9.64. Using the invention allows enhancing stability of vodka due to properties of used components and to expand assortment of vodkas.
EFFECT: improved and valuable properties of vodka.
