FIELD: liqueur and vodka industry.
SUBSTANCE: vodka comprises the following components per 1000 dal of the ready product: natural honey, 4.5-5.5 kg; oat grits an aqueous-alcoholic infusion of the first blend prepared from 0.3-0.5 kg of grits, 2.1-3.5 l; pantocrin, 0.005-0.15 l; 65.8%-th sugar syrup, 11.0-12.0 l; rectified ethyl alcohol "Luks" and purified drinking water, the balance, to provide the strength 40%. Proposed vodka provides enhancing organoleptic indices of the ready product, reducing its cost and expanding assortment of vodkas by conferring to vodka the barely detecting clover aroma and after taste of milk toffee candy.
EFFECT: improved and valuable properties of vodka.
