FIELD: alcoholic beverage industry.

SUBSTANCE: rectified ethanol and drinking water are mixed to produce alcohol-and-aqueous solution with alcoholic content of 45-95 vol.%. Obtained solution is placed in infusing tank with prepared plant raw materials. Raw materials poured with solution are conditioned for 12 h or more. Obtained tincture optionally is diluted with drinking water to alcohol content of 33-35 vol.% and together with raw materials is charged in distilled apparatus followed by distillation to select the best fraction with a alcohol content of 20-80 vol.%. Distillation may be carried out under vacuum, and formula components may be added before distillation. Partial or total changing of plant raw materials with aromatized alcohol obtained therefrom. In obtained solvent stripper after distillation alcohol content is corrected up to necessary conditions and aldehyde content is reduced by dilution of solvent stripper having temperature of not high than 12°C with water having temperature of not high than 7°C, or by additional distillation, or sorption filtration. Additive is introduced into beverage, wherein as additive various ingredients bay be used in accordance with desired formulation. Beverage with additive may be conditioned followed by solid fraction separation. Then beverage is charged in conditioning tack with optional preliminary filtration. Finished beverage is bottled or saturated with oak wood components before bottling. Saturation is carried out by infusing in oak barrels or in vessels containing oak cutting.

EFFECT: beverage of increased organoleptic characteristics and decreased toxicity.
