FIELD: mechanical engineering; lubrication systems of internal combustion engines.
SUBSTANCE: proposed system has oil main line with pump, radiators secured in engine crankcase and connected with supersonic generators, oil intake, thermosensor, viscosimeter and heater. Thermosensor, viscosimeter, heater, indicators and supersonic generators are connected with logic control circuit which is connected with two-position switch and starting system. Logic control circuit has three AND gates, diode and these threshold elements. Ultrasound of different frequencies, depending on tuning of supersonic generators, induced by radiators acts onto oil together with heater in close vicinity of oil intake. Combined action of ultrasound and heating reduces materially, approximately by an order, time required for taking of operating load by engine.
EFFECT: simplified design of device providing accelerated preparation of engine for operation, reduced time taken for preparation for starting of internal combustion engine.
