FIELD: rocket manufacturing, applicable for enhancement of the engine specific impulse that is mean for the trajectory.
SUBSTANCE: the nozzle unit of the rocket engine consists of four or more terrestrial nozzles arranged circumferentially, and an altitude probe enveloping the terrestrial nozzles, the center of the nozzle unit between the cuts of the terrestrial nozzles is hermetically overlapped by the bottom or tapered fairing made in the form of a concave pyramid, and slots that are overlapped by shutters are formed in the point of the outer joint of the probe and the cut of the terrestrial nozzles.
EFFECT: provided increment of thrust within a wide range of variation of the flight altitude of the flight vehicle.
