SUBSTANCE: system has pharmacy database 14, group server 18 of participating pharmaceutical company, web-server 10, group of terminal personal computers (KIOSK), meant for paying for medical examination, dispensing and sending via Internet of receipts based on examination results to pharmacy noted by patient or to pharmacy closest to patients home, pharmacy terminal and database systems of patients 16, while request of aforementioned data and controlling of them is performed via Internet-server. Methods describe operation of electronic receipt system, and generation of system of pharmacy database.
