In the method, pedestrian traffic into a local pharmacy is controlled and the time for expecting a patient is transformed to the possibility of generating earning capacity from acquisition of related products. The pharmacy messaging system delivers target messages to patients based on information of their prescriptions, including one or more from their demography, the person paying for heath care services, complaints and archival data of last purchases.
EFFECT: broader functional capabilities due to possibility of generating target messages for assisting patients when expecting their prescriptions and optimisation of the time for receiving their prescriptions.
