FIELD: biotechnology, in particular, processes for preparing of fungi grain mycelium.
SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing substrate, with thermally stable flexible reservoir open at its one side and perforated over the entire area for providing free access of steam to grain being used at substrate sterilization step; packaging hot grain in containers; cooling containers with asepsis rules being followed; inoculating mother mycelium and holding until complete maturation of grain mycelium.
EFFECT: increased efficiency in preparing of grain by reducing time for autoclaving thereof.
