SUBSTANCE: method for producing a dry mixture involves cooking groats to a pulp in pectin extract, mixed with fruit-vegetable puree and the preparation obtained from micromycetus Mortierella minutissima biomass by the known technology followed by its homogenization and drying. Using the invention allows enhancing quality of the end product. Invention can be used in producing a dry mixture for children's nutrition.
