SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology for manufacturing children's nutrition foodstuffs. Method for producing a dry mixture for children's nutrition involves cooking groat to a pulp in pectin extract, its mixing with fruit-vegetable puree and the preparation obtained from micromycetus Mortierella dichotoma biomass by the known technology followed by its homogenization and drying. Proposed method allows enhancing quality of the end product.
