FIELD: food producing industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for producing children's nutrition foodstuffs. Method involves cooking groats to a pulp in pectin extract with the content of pectin substances 0.5-1.5%. The cooked groats is mixed with fruit-vegetable puree and the preparation obtained from micromycetus Mortierella gracilis biomass by the known technology is added in the amount 0.01-0.02% of preparing mixture mass. Product is subjected for homogenization and drying. Invention provides improving quality of the ready product and prevention of its lumping in storage in nonhermetic package.
EFFECT: improved producing method of mixture.
