SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology for manufacturing children's nutrition foodstuffs. Method involves cooking groats to a pulp, its mixing with fruit-vegetable puree, homogenization and drying. Groats is cooked to a pulp in pectin extract, and in mixing the preparation obtained by successive extraction of Mortierella sclerotiella biomass is added additionally followed by combination of the first extract with a solid residue. Method allows enhancing quality of the end product.
