FIELD: food producing industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to manufacturing foodstuffs for children's nutrition. Method involves cooking groats to a pulp in pectin extract with the content of pectin substances 0.5-1.5%. The cooked groats is mixed with fruit-vegetable puree, and the preparation obtained from micromycetus Mortierella spinosa var. sterilis by the known technology is added in the amount 0.01-0.02% of preparing mixture mass. The latter is homogenized and dried after preparing. Invention provides improving quality of the ready product and to eliminate its lumping during storage in nonhermetic package.
EFFECT: improved producing method of mixture.
