FIELD: food processing industry.
SUBSTANCE: groats is cooked to a pulp in pectin extract with the content of pectin substances 0.5-1.5% and then mixed with fruit-vegetable puree and the preparation obtained from Mortierella gemmifera biomass. Prepared mixture is homogenized and dried. The ready product doesn't form lumps in storage in nonhermetic package for a week at air moisture up to 76%.
EFFECT: improved producing method of mixture.
