FIELD: food processing industry.
SUBSTANCE: groats is cooked to a pulp with addition of 0.5-1.5% of pectin and then mixed with fruit-vegetable puree and the preparation obtained from Mortierella spinosa var. sterilis biomass. Prepared mixture is homogenized and dried. The ready product doesn't form lumps in storage in nonhermetic package for a week at air moisture up to 78%.
EFFECT: improved preparing method of mixture.
