A deep scleral flap, an external wall of a ciliary canal are dissected with exposing an edge of a Descemet's membrane without opening an anterior chamber; a deep rectangular scleral flap is cut out with its bed step-formed, and the superficial scleral flap is shortened so that its edge is found at the level of an edge of a scleral spur.
EFFECT: method provides an intensified and prolonged hypotensive effect by reducing a cicatrisation area of a surgical intervention due to formation of at least one drainage cavity and facilitated intraocular fluid outflow.
