FIELD: shipbuilding; devices for isolation of sunken objects.
SUBSTANCE: dock has bottom part with ballast tanks, central part with tower heeling tank and of top part, pontoon dock-gates, systems and devices for filling tanks in and emptying them. When using the method, the dock is tugged into area of operation, put upside down, submerged and guided onto sunken object. After it the dock is pressed against ground due to getting ballast into tanks.
EFFECT: reliable and quick isolation of ecologically dangerous sunken objects.
