FIELD: refractories.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to composition of refractory mortar powder destined for manufacturing large-size carbon-containing refractory objects and preparing masonry mortars when performing lining of heat assembles. Refractory mortar powder comprising alumina-containing filler in the form of reactive alumina, 20-30%, and phosphate binder, 30-40%, additionally includes industrial-grade silicon, 25-35%, and graphite, 2-8%.
EFFECT: enhanced adhesion of mortar powder to surfaces of carbon-containing objects.
