SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of ferrous metallurgy, in particular, to the control over the production processes in ferrous metallurgy. The method includes the periodical determination of the chemical composition, temperatures and masses of the hot cast iron in the ladle car at its tapping from the blast furnace, over the recasting of the cast iron out of the ladle car into the stationary mixer and determining of its temperature, the chemical composition and limitations by the mass of the cast iron before its casting into the steelmaking aggregate. In the method they additionally determine the mass of the cast iron in the ladle car. At that the ladle cars with the cast iron mass less than 80 % and more than 100 % of the cast iron mass to be transferred into the steelmaking aggregate are emptied into the stationary mixer, and the rest ladle cars are transported to the steelmaking aggregate and drain the cast iron off into it. At that the cast iron ladle cars mismatching the quantities of the cast iron drained off into the steelmaking aggregate are filled up to the determined value from the stationary mixer. Utilization of the invention ensures the decrease of the energy carrier consumption.
