FIELD: measuring equipment engineering, possible use for calibrating directivity diagrams of photo-receiving devices.

SUBSTANCE: in device for measuring directivity diagram, containing radiation source, semiconductor radiation receiver, optical channel with optical signal modulator and measuring channel, optical channel includes photo-diode of radiation source and serially connected thereto source photo-streams transformer, source signals power amplifier and emitter of coordinate-modulated optical signals, portion of which goes to measured device, from which measured signals then are sent to computer, measuring channel includes semiconductor radiation receiver, to which another portion of coordinate-modulated optical signals is sent and to which connected serially are emitter photo-streams transformer, emitter signals amplifier, emitter lower frequencies filter, preliminary amplifier of emitter signals, terminal amplifier, from which pulse standard signals "MARKS" are sent to computer. Also, modulator in optical channel is made in form of calibrated coordinate-modulating measuring line with slit diaphragm, on ends of line two terminal switches are positioned, connected to generator of synchronizing signals "STROBE", which are sent to computer. On base of device, motor with drive are positioned, electronic device of signals generator and motor control, carriage with radiation source, radiation source photo-diode, electronic device of carriage, emitter of coordinate-modulated optical signals, semiconductor radiations receiver with two shutters are rigidly held. Electronic device of carriage is connected to electronic device of signals generator and motor control by flexible connector and contains current source, source photo-streams transformer, source signals amplifier, emitter photo-streams transformer and amplifier of emitter signals, device has two guides, while carriage is made with possible movement along two guides.

EFFECT: improved precision and reliability of measurements, possible measuring of directivity diagrams both in horizontal and vertical planes, possible synchronization of operation of measuring channel and measurement of directivity diagrams at different distances from photo-detecting devices.
