FIELD: the invention refers to optical location and may be used for detection and receiving information about the coordinates of sounding objects.

SUBSTANCE: the arrangement has a photo receiver with a receiving objective placed in front of it, the first and the second impulse semiconductor lasers in front of which there are correspondingly the first and the second transmitting objectives, two controlled modulators of the semiconductor lasers, a synchronizer, a scheme of automatic regulation of strengthening, a control panel and a sighting channel, an amplifier of the photocurrent of the photo receiver, a controlled frequency corrector, an adaptive threshold detector and a signals selector, an inverting amplifier, a time shift measuring device, the first and the second low frequency generators, an indicator of detection and the position of an object, a signal adaptation former, an information signal former, a noises threshold amplifier, a control voltage former. The arrangement has a slit diaphragm interfaced in the angles through the receiving objective with the diaphragms of radiation of the first and the second transmitting objectives and located in the focal plane of the receiving objective in front of the sensitive site of the photo receiver. The arrangement has additionally a light diode of highlight of the photo receiver and a sensor of an angular speed of turning and the angular position of the arrangement.

EFFECT: reduces time of measuring distance and angular coordinates of the object, increases noise immunity in operational conditions and safety of the work with the arrangement.
