FIELD: electrical engineering; off-line power supply systems.
SUBSTANCE: proposed frequency converter that can be used for regulating frequency and voltage of power generators whose drive speed is unsteady has three-phase bridge circuit of uncontrolled rectifier 1, inverter 2 incorporating first and second transistors 3 and 4, respectively, and inverter capacitor 5, inverter control system 6, revolving-field transformer 7 incorporating first and second primary windings 8 and 9, respectively, phase-shifting capacitor 10, and secondary windings 11, 12, and 13, Drawing illustrates leads A1, B1, and C1 for connecting voltage supply at frequencyf1, and leads A2, B2, and C2 for connecting load at voltage frequency f2.
EFFECT: enhanced operating reliability of three-phase frequency converter.
