SUBSTANCE: apparatus has vacuum filler for filling any type of enclosure with pasty mass, and clamping module for securing of clamp on filled enclosure. Clamp module is positioned so as to be actuated by engine of vacuum filling device. Method involves filling enclosure with pasty mass by means of vacuum filling device; dividing into portions and securing clamp by means of clamping module actuated through engine of vacuum filling device.
EFFECT: increased efficiency and simplified securing of clamp on enclosure.
