FIELD: food processing industry, in particular soft drink production.
SUBSTANCE: grape is expressed to produce juice and marc. Marc is sloshed with water and conditioned, followed by hydrolysis with native acids. Hydrolyzate is separated and concentrated to obtain dry matter content of approximately 14 mass %. Mixture of baikhovy black tea, hawthorn fruits, and hibiscus flowers in mass ratio of 14:3:3 is extracted with drinking water; extract is separated and concentrated to obtain dry matter content of approximately 10 mass %. Then grape juice, grape hydrolyzate, and extract are blended in mass ratio of 123:65:12 to produce target product. Beverage of present invention has improved radioprotection properties: for instance it prolongs electric current resistance in rat by 10-12 % and increases survival by 12-15 % in contrast with control groups.
EFFECT: beverage with satisfactory organoleptic properties tonic and radioprotection properties.
