SUBSTANCE: method involves squeezing grape to produce juice and pomace; pouring water onto pomace and hydrolyzing with native acids; separating and concentrating hydrolysate; blending resultant hydrolysate with juice and concentrated extract of mixture containing green baikhovy tea, calendula flowers, hibiscus flowers, leaves of black currant and apple, papaya fruits and orange skin.
EFFECT: improved radio protective and organoleptical properties of energetic drink.
