SUBSTANCE: cutting tool comprises housing whose socket receives cutting plate mounted on the movable or rotating member provided with pin. The cutting plate is connected to the member and housing by means of groove and projection. The groove and projection are inclined or arranged concentrically to the wall of the housing. The groove in the movable or rotating member receives several flat intermediate members, and the total thickness of the intermediate members is equal to the difference between the width of the groove and the width of the projection of the bearing member.
