SUBSTANCE: abrasive tool comprises housing and endless abrasive load-bearing member with flexible substrate. The units for radial movement and fastening of the member are made of bushings eccentrically mounted in the grooves of the housing. The flexible substrate of the abrasive load-bearing member is made of a flexible vessel filled with ferromagnetic liquid and reinforced by the ring that is flexibly deformed in the radial direction. The casing of the abrasive tool is provided with the electromagnet.
