FIELD: metal cutting, possibly depth peripheral fine grinding of materials having tendency for flaw occurring at controlling heat flux directed into part. SUBSTANCE: builtup abrasive wheel includes stationary disc with large-grain peripheral abrasive layer and cutting organ with small-grain peripheral abrasive layer. Said layers are axially shifted by the same inclination angle when phases of their oscillation are coincided. Cutting organ is annular springy one, its ends are mutually overlapped and they are tightened by tension spring; cutting organ is joined with radial motion mechanism in the form of tore like bottle. Such design allows to realize transition from rough to finish mode during operation. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of grinding, lowered thermal stresses at grinding due to oscillation of cutting zones. 3 cl, 6 dwg
