FIELD: biotechnologies.
SUBSTANCE: salmonellas are enriched in non-selective nutrient medium containing buffering peptone water and the component for producing of acid by salmonellas. Acidulation of pH reaction medium indicates the existence of salmonellas. The component for producing of acid by salmonellas is propylene glycol, 0.6 g of which is added to the bottles with 225 ml of ready buffering peptone water.
EFFECT: invention allows to reduce the time of identification of bacteria Salmonella in foodstuff within 48-24 hours.
