FIELD: sewing industry, in particular, moisture-and-thermal processing of sewing articles.
SUBSTANCE: method involves subjecting semi-finished article to continuous loading in time over second-order convex curve in vertical plane until interfiber gaps of porous fabric are reduced to 42-81% at specific mechanical pressures of 0.03-0.12 MPa; subjecting semi-finished article to rectilinear static loading within the same specific pressure range and plane until warp and weft filament deformation extent at points of tangent surfaces thereof is not in the excess of 50%; relieving semi-finished article in time along second-order concave curve with residual deformation of porous fabric of 23-45%.
EFFECT: increased efficiency in processing and improved quality of sewing articles.
