SUBSTANCE: the invention pertaining to the field of clothing industry, in particular, to the method of the automatic checking and control of the wet-heat treatment of the garments. The invention is dealt with the sewing and may be used in the wet-heat treatment of the garments. The method of the automatic control over the process of the wet-heat treatment of the garments consists, that the semi-finished product arranged on the working tool after transfer of the fabric fibers into the highly elastic state are exposed to the vibration treatment. At that the temperature and density of the condensate in the treated packet of the fabrics are automatically measured in a time and adjusted up to the technological tolerance limits and for that purpose they use the steam passing through the semi-finished product. The frequency with the amplitude of the oscillations and duration of the dynamic mechanical action are permanently calculated by the control system and are compared with their preset values. After achievement of the required technological effect the control system sends the command to terminate the process of the vibration shaping and to transit to the following process. At that in the process of the automatic control the porosity and the mass of the fabrics are also taken into consideration. The offered method allows to optimize the process of the vibration shaping and to automize it completely, to increase its efficiency and to improve the quality of the wet-heat treatment.
EFFECT: the invention ensures optimization of the vibration shaping process, its complete automatization, the increased efficiency and improved quality of the wet-heat treatment.
